TEA BREAK TALK - Domestic Abuse
The Race Equality Network in partnership with the Women’s Network invite you to a Domestic Violence Awareness Event
This is a one hour long Tea Break talk open to staff and students.
The session provides an overview of domestic violence, the impact it has in the workplace, and how employers can play a role by supporting staff and raising awareness and signing up to The Employers Against Domestic Abuse initiative.
Staff and students will also learn about the Ebonista Project which empowers victims where cultural barriers, and the stigma around talking about abuse, often stands in the way of reaching out for support.
