Join us for the Race Equality Charter Town Hall
Join us for a Town Hall event focusing on the Race Equality Charter (REC) Survey and discussing how we can work together towards promoting racial equality, diversity, and inclusion on our campuses.
When? Monday 30th October, 11:00 – 12:00
Where? Microsoft Teams
Register your attendance here: https://REC-October-2023.eventbrite.co.uk
Many of you took part in the REC Survey between December 2022 and January 2023, and this online town hall event will be an important opportunity for you to hear about the findings and engage in meaningful discussions about how we can collectively advance racial equality on our campuses.
The event will be led by Dr Mohammad Alramahi and Professor Andrew Church (Co-Chairs of the Race Equality Charter Self-Assessment Team). The Race Equality Charter (REC) is a national framework that encourages universities to take a proactive stance in eliminating racial disparities and promoting an inclusive environment.
It is designed to empower universities to address racial inequalities in all aspects of their work. Let's work together to make a difference and create a more inclusive campus for all.
We hope to see you at the Race Equality Charter Town Hall, where you can bring your burning questions to be answered.
