Recovery College Prospectus

The Recovery College is part of East London NHS Foundation Trust, who provide the mental health services in Bedfordshire. Their remit is to provide workshops and group learning for wellbeing for the whole community. We have a wide range of workshops to support ANYONE over 18 LIVING OR WORKING IN BEDFORDSHIRE. All our workshops are free to access and currently they are online via Zoom.
Highlights of this prospectus are
They are continuing to run workshops that have been going for some time. The understanding series (anxiety, depression, fear, anger, emotions etc) continues.
