Our strategy represents our vision for the future, the goals we want to achieve and a roadmap on how to overcome challenges and issues along the way. The central strategy is split into six delivery strategies covering, education and student experience, people and culture, internationalisation, infrastructure, research and innovation and partnerships and external engagement. You can find more information on their dedicated pages, these will be updated as we move along our implementation timeline.
Here are some highlights of our recent additions:
On the ‘Our Vision’ page, you can see the latest blogs from our Senior Leaders which aim to inspire you, to be provoking, and to make you think.
We have a new video blog form our HR Director Sue Shutter about how our HR department aims to create more opportunities for development in order to retain our talented and diverse workforce.
We also have a new blog from Professor Judith Lamie and Dr Louise Grant titled ‘How do we make diversity and inclusion more than just filling in a form?’. In this, they discuss how we can go further to ensure that all of our colleagues feel included and represented in our vision of the future.
On our ‘where are we now page’ you can see our timeline for implementing the new strategy, featuring the major consultation periods and when the plan will be finalised.
As we go through this process you can also make your thoughts known by visiting our ‘Share your thoughts’ page or by taking part in one of our Conversation Cafes. Your thoughts will help transform Bedfordshire.
