Get Active: Swimming Lessons for Adults

Get Active is running 'Swimming Lessons for Adults' across Luton and Bedford Campuses.

As part 12 month membership (£30), staff have the opportunity to complete the lessons, and take advantage free swimming provision afterwards at both Luton and Bedford swimming pools to build further strength and confidence in the water.
