From 1 January 2020, staff who carry out Display Screen Equipment (DSE) work and who are entitled to request a free eye test and glasses, must now apply for an Eye Test Voucher.
This new process replaces the existing arrangement where staff are required to submit an expenses claim with the signed optician form via Agresso.
Staff must complete the mandatory online DSE self-assessment to receive a voucher which they can use at any Specsavers store in the UK.
Staff who do not have access to online training must contact the Health and Safety team.
