RMAS - Notification of upcoming downtime for scheduled upgrade

On Tuesday, 26 April at 7:30am, the Research Management Administration System (RMAS: https://rmas.beds.ac.uk/converis/secure/client/login) will be put on maintenance mode for a major, scheduled upgrade to the latest version.

The upgrade process and follow up testing will last for at least two, possibly three, working days with earliest expected end date/time: 5pm on 27/04/2022 (with a possibility of extension).

During this period, access to the system will not be available and users attempting to login will be redirected to the maintenance mode page.

Any unsaved uploads/edits will be lost when the the upgrade commences. If you wish to urgently upload any publications/outputs onto RMAS to ensure Open Access compliance, please do this before the upgrade process commences.

We will post a new notification once user access has been restored.
