We are reviewing our enquiry handling practices across the institution, including the Student Information Desk (SiD), looking at how our systems work and identifying recommendations for improvements.
Staff Survey
Today, we have launched two surveys, one for staff and one for students. We would like to hear from as many staff as possible to find out more about how you handle enquiries at present, what challenges you have, and how you would like things to work in the future.

Students will be contacted separately with details of how to take part in the student survey.
Come to our Conversation Café, Thursday 16th November
We are also hosting a Conversation Café, at both the Luton and Bedford campuses, to capture as wide a range of views, suggestions and ideas as possible. Please register to attend one of the events below and join us for donuts and refreshments at the Café.
