Recovery College Summer Prospectus
Topics from understanding hoarding to body image are available through free NHS health and wellbeing courses and workshops across the county.
Bedfordshire and Luton Recovery College has published its prospectus for summer 2022, providing a range of sessions and activities for people to learn and improve their knowledge and wellbeing.
Courses are available online or in person. They are open to anyone over 18 living or working in Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire and Luton.
The college team are also running a series of workshops and events running for Mental Health Awareness Week in May. Check out the new prospectus here:
