Reporting Positive Covid-19 Tests

Staff who have symptoms for Covid-19, or have a positive result from either a PCR test OR a lateral flow test - even if you are not showing any symptoms - are advised to stay at home and not come onto campus.

We have provided a report form for all staff to fill out upon receiving a positive result from a test, as completing it will help us to provide support and follow up, where appropriate.

Staff will still need to inform their line manager if they are self-isolating. The form will be used to monitor the number of cases, and possible linked cases on campus, should we need to provide information to Public Health in the event of a potential outbreak concern.
