The Staff Tell Us 'topic of the month' for June is on our return to campus from September. Share your voice.
On our new 'Staff Voice' section of in.beds, we have a Tell Us digital form which colleagues can fill out to share their opinions.
The results from our Staff Opinion Survey, and subsequent staff forums to discuss the survey results, have shown that colleagues wanted more opportunities to give feedback and for more two-way communications. A ‘tell us’ style online suggestion box for staff (similar to what we have for students) was also mentioned at more than one staff forum.
So, this new digital staff suggestion box will enable you to share ideas, suggestions and improvements which you feel will have a positive impact on the staff experience. You can share any thoughts at any time via this page. We will also have a monthly topic to seek specific feedback from you.
The 'topic of the month' for June 2020 is: your thoughts, ideas and suggestions to help us safely return to campus from September following lockdown.
Although we have a topic of the month, please don’t feel limited to this, we love to hear your suggestions, ideas and thoughts on any topic which you are welcome to submit at any time.
The suggestions will be collated every month and will be raised and discussed at the next corresponding Staff Engagement Committee which are held every six weeks and chaired by the Vice Chancellor.
