We have had a brilliant response rate to the survey so far so thank you to everyone who has completed it. The survey is your opportunity to have your say and influence the direction of the University. It is only by participating that you can help us to improve the staff experience – helping us to build a better workplace. Your link to the survey will be sent to you separately. The survey is primarily an e-survey. Everyone who has an email address will receive an invitation direct from Capita to participate. Staff without access to a PC at work will be provided with a postal survey pack. It is also possible to request a paper questionnaire if you prefer. Your answers will be 100% anonymous. There are no right or wrong answers. We want you to share your views freely so we might learn and respond to your needs.
