SITS Live System Upgrade
What are we doing?
ICT are upgrading the Student Record System (SITS) from version 10.2 to version 10.3.
Why are we doing this?
ICT are making these changes to ensure the SITS system is up-to-date and supported.
When will this be?
This will take place from Wednesday 20th April at 5:00pm – Friday 22nd April 2022 at 9:00am inclusive with Friday 22nd being considered minimally at risk.
What will be affected?
During this time SITS and e:Vision will be unavailable. Other systems affected are Web Stats, Access Stats, Tell Us and Study Hub Enquiry Centre. ICT will provide an update once systems and services have been restored but if you experience issues with any of the systems please contact the ICT Service Desk on 01582 743366/ext 3366.
