Book your stall and be part of Freshers’ Fair 2019
Dear colleagues,
Beds SU is keen to ensure that every opportunity is taken to reach out to new students, and make them feel very welcome here at the University of Bedfordshire.
Our annual Freshers’ Fairs in Luton and Bedford provides a chance for students to get to know their Students’ Union, the University and the local community.
If you think your service would benefit from a stall at one of our fairs, you can request a stall at either campus’ Freshers’ Fair by filling out the online form here.
Freshers’ Fair dates:
Luton (Campus Centre)
Tuesday 24th September 2019, 9:30am set-up, 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Bedford (Gateway Building and outside area)
Wednesday 25th September 2019, 9:30am set-up, 10:00am – 3:00pm.
Please note spaces are limited and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis.
The deadline for requesting a stall is 31 August 2019.
