University of Bath: Research project
The University of Bath, in collaboration with University College London, are conducting a research project in which they are investigating factors that affect how interviewees are perceived in job interviews. They hope this study will help inform improvements to interviewing practice.
As part of this, they have requested those members of the University of Bedfordshire with interviewing experience, may wish to take part.
The University of Bath have said:
"Do you have any experience of interviewing people in an employment context (e.g., job interviews)?
If so, please consider taking part in our *online* study examining perceptions of job interviewees. It takes 30-45 mins and you'll get £8 (Amazon voucher or PayPal). You will rate two interviewees on questions about employability.
You must have normal or corrected-to-normal vision & hearing to take part (glasses, contacts, laser eye surgery, hearing aids, etc are fine). You should not work or study at the University of Bath. You should speak English fluently. You must not have taken part in the interviews studies with Dr Jade Norris.
Please contact Rachel Prosser for more details rp562@bath.ac.uk. Thank you."
