Ukrainian humanitarian appeal
Ukrainian humanitarian appeal
The Luton branch of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain has issued an urgent appeal for donation of medical and food supplies to go to Ukraine via The Red Cross.
Many have nothing and have been injured in the fighting following the Russian invasion. This involves women children and babies not wanting to leave their homes. Many Ukrainians in Luton have been told by their families back home, that aged parents want to die in their homes!!
It’s heart-breaking to talk to these people.
