Registry Services sits within Academic Registry, and delivers operational support for Registration, Timetabling, Examinations and Graduation.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service to students, by continuously working to improve our operations by:

• Enabling students to register as quickly and smoothly as possible
• Providing accurate personalised timetables
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of examinations to support student success
• Ensuring a memorable experience for our students at the end of their student journey through graduation.

Registry Services is made up of 20 professional services staff across 4 teams, primarily based at our Luton campus.

The Registry services team organise and deliver key events across all University Campuses and at Study Centres, and at external venues as required, at periods defined by the approved academic calendar.
