The development of a culture of continuing professional development is an essential part of this commitment.

The University's Research & Innovation Service helps academics create CPD and short courses for external organisations, and supports organisations to address workforce skills and knowledge gaps. In addition, they offer a set of courses you can undertake to develop your career and skillset.
