Please sponsor us in the Royal Air Force Colour Chaos
On Sunday 1st September my husband and I will be participating in a Colour Chaos Run which is being held at RAF Wittering, Lincolnshire.
For some of you who know me, will know that my health is not the greatest and to walk a distance of 5k is in itself an ordeal and will test my strength and ability….
We are doing this particular charity as my husband is a Veteran of the RAF having served almost 30 years with both the Regulars and Reservists. We want to give something back which will benefit those personnel and their families who are in a less fortunate situation than ourselves.
I am being given a fundraising pack, so please feel free to pop long to the IO and / or see Head Chef Sam at Putteridge Bury for an array of goodies (at the beginning of next week 19.08.19 onwards). All we ask is that you give a small donation (maximum of £2.00 per item) for each item you wish to have.
You can sponsor us in the old fashioned way of completing the sponsor form (I have one with me in the International Office, Park Square, Luton Campus, and there is one with my husband Sam at Putteridge Bury Campus)
OR you can click here to donate directly.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Let’s help raise some much needed funds for those military personnel who have given / are giving so much to protect our country.
