Couch to 5K update (Luton)

Just a reminder I will be running an unofficial Couch to 5K 9 wk course that starts next Wednesday 20th September meet up Campus Centre reception at 12:25 for 12:30 start, dressed to run.

I recommend signing up to the uni Inspire gym for shower and changing facilities and we will be using the NHS couch to 5K programme and at the end of the course I invite you to join me at Luton Wardown parkrun for your graduation run :)
