The University has selected Amazon Business as a partner for buying work related items.

Amazon Business account will offer the University the following benefits:

• Business rates for products
• Readily available invoices and receipts
• Reporting and analytics
• Improved customer service including a quotation service for technical/high value items
• Approval workflow
• Business prime (this will be reviewed once the system is fully operational).

Note: this will not replace the need to obtain quotations as per the University’s Financial Regulations, the use of suppliers on the Agresso Finance System or suppliers already under contract.  This will also use the call off purchase order system in the Agresso.  Categories of spend will be closed for commodities already under contract.
