URGENT - Car parking renewal form

Dear colleagues,

If you are yet to complete your online parking renewal form or have received an e-mail saying we require further information from you, please click here to submit the required form as soon as possible as your current NCP permit will expire at midnight on Friday 30 November. 

By completing this form you will be renewing your membership or requesting to join the parking scheme (current membership will be allocated first), it will also ensure all our data is current and highlight the ways in which your data is used, stored and shared with other parties where appropriate.

If you are not currently in the scheme and there are no spaces available in your chosen car park, you will be added to a waiting list and contacted when a space becomes available.

The new NCP, Regent Street parking permits have now been received and will be available for collection from The Atrium, Level 1 from 13.00 on Tuesday 26 November, you will be unable to collect your new permit until you complete the online renewal form.

NB: your current NCP permit will expire at midnight on Friday 30 November, you will need to use your new permit after this time.

If you are unable to collect before this time please contact fandecarparking@beds.ac.uk to make alternative arrangements.

New permits from all other car parks will be re-issued in the new year, however please do complete the online form.
