SITS Live System Upgrade
Please note the following work to be carried out by ICT.
What are we doing?
ICT are upgrading the Student Record System (SITS) from version 9.6.0 to version 9.8.0 (two versions at the same time).
Why are we doing this?
ICT are making these changes to ensure the SITS system is up-to-date and supported.
When will this be?
This will take place on Thursday 12th December 2019 from 5:00pm – Monday 16th December at 9:00am with Monday 16th being considered minimally at risk.
What will be affected?
During this time SITS and e:Vision will be unavailable. Other systems affected are Access STATS, MySTATS, Tell Us and Study Hub Enquire Centre.
Will I need to do anything?
To receive the update on your PC please use the ‘SITS Launcher’ application and select ‘Update Live’.
ICT will provide an update once systems and services have been restored.
