The University of Bedfordshire no longer provides paper payslips.
For permanent member of staff, payslips are provided on iTrent Self Service, please refer to the instructions on accessing and printing your payslip [PDF]
It is recommended that payslips are downloaded each month and saved in a secure area or on a private memory stick; although they can also be printed if a paper copy is required. Please note all major banks and building societies now accept an electronic version of payslips for mortgage and loan applications.
Permanent member of staff may also opt for payslips to be emailed each pay day by informing the Salaries team at payroll@beds.ac.uk
Visiting members of staff will receive a payslips by email if they are paid in that particular month.
