Dear colleagues, we are looking for members of staff who would like to take part in a shadowing scheme pilot.

The scheme will provide an opportunity to shadow a colleague with a view to learn new skills or gain new understandings around a specific role. You can shadow someone in your department, or in another area, if that’s relevant to your development.
