Staff told us that they wanted more development opportunities, so in response we created a new staff development calendar which is regularly updated and includes a variety of useful sessions for both professional service and academic staff which are free to attend. Examples of the varied sessions include: ‘Developing Relationships with Business and External Organisations’ and ‘Unconscious Bias in Recruitment and Selection’ to ‘Leadership and Creativity in Teaching’ and ‘Using SITS’.
