Digital signage request form

Before you submit this form, please check that your message meets the criteria of the digital screens set out on this page

Ready-made designs must be professionally designed and in .jpeg, .pdf, .psd or .indd format.

The turnaround to create a digital sign is a maximum of 3 working days from the confirmation of your submission.

If your request is very urgent of a business critical nature, please call the communications team on 01582 743079 (ext 3079) or email digital.signage@beds.ac.uk to explain your circumstances.

Any image you submit should be of a high resolution (minimum 300dpi) and be sized minimum 1920 pixels width by 1080 pixels height.

If your image is not suitable, we will help you source an alternative image or if a replacement can't be found we will design the signage with no image.
