Staff Culture Survey

We still have a way to go in reaching our goal for the culture survey.

Engagement has been steady, but we need to reach a certain % of completions to make all the responses count and be representative of the 'people's voice'.

We know that some people have logged out before completing the full survey - sadly Human Synergistics will not include any incomplete surveys in the final report. For those who are not sure if they completed it -if they reached the last two 'free text' questions, then they've gone through the whole survey.

All those who haven't completed receive a reminder on Wednesdays

Lastly, some people would have had another invite, to an ideal culture survey - this is not spam and not a duplication - but a request to share their views on what their ideal work culture would look like. Human Synergistics will be comparing the 'current' and the 'ideal' responses
