Encouraging young people to be Mindful, Appreciative and Driven (MAD)

My grandchildren, Onkaar (12) and Avneet (10) are working with the MAD team to offer activities and workshops to help develop essential life skills and inspire young leaders to make a difference. As part of their work, they have asked me to forward you their message below.

Hello Do you know someone aged 5-18 years who is making a difference in our world? It could be something Sporty which they excel in, it could be Charitable work, it could be their ability to express themselves through Drama, or perhaps they are good at helping others in the community through car washing, litter picking, helping at food banks. All of these things (and many more!) are small steps towards young people making a difference in our world. So we want to celebrate this and inspire others with the SHINE Awards! The SHINE Awards are a unique award ceremony setup BY CHILDREN, FOR CHILDREN!

So, simply use the attached form to make your nomination. The winners will be presented their awards at the SHINE Awards Ceremony on:
