The awards are open to all staff from any area of the University. There are 11 award categories open for nominations, and most are open for both team and individual submissions. Please read each awards criteria here.
You can nominate yourself or your team for an award or nominate a colleague.
The Vice Chancellor's Beds Champion will be selected from the winners of the other categories.

How to write a nomination
Although we understand there will never be a 'perfect fit' when it comes to selecting an award category, please take time to review the full list of awards and choose the most appropriate one.
Give yourself enough time to write the nomination - don't leave it to the last minute.
Tell us why the nominee is being nominated, giving specific examples (what happened, how, where, when and what was the outcome). Include evidence where possible.
Be clear how the individual or team has made a difference.
Make sure your nomination fits the criteria set out under the awards criteria
All nominations are required to have a minimum character count of 2500 and a maximum of 6000 (roughly around 300 - 500 words)
