Please find below the response to your feedback and questions following our Team Talk in October 2024.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful contributions during the recent Team Talk discussions on how we could collectively reduce our ongoing spend.

We are now in the process of reviewing your suggestions and, in the near term, will seek to implement quick wins and consider the longer-term opportunities for changes. We will aim to let you know more about the suggestions being taken forward and how they will be put into action.

In the meantime we've already been taking action on a number of points such as:

• Adjusting our hospitality offerings
• Replacing halogen lights with more energy-efficient LED
• Relocating professional services teams from the Atrium back onto the Luton campus

We aim to identify more opportunities like these, where targeted investments provide long-term sustainable savings.
