How to contact ICT

The ICT Service Desk is available during the following times:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am–4:30pm

(Excluding University holidays)

There are three methods of how you can contact ICT:

1. Online

If you have a problem, a question or need some advice, please visit the ICT Service Desk

2. Telephone

You can also call Ext 3366 or 01582 743366.

3. Visit us

Luton

Our main office is on the 2nd Floor of F Block, University Square Luton, LU1 3JU.

ICT Service Desk is in F209.

Bedford

ICT also has staff located at:

Polhill Avenue, Bedford MK41 9EA in Room P1.25.

There is no out-of-hours support, although a ticket can be logged on the ICT Self-Service Portal which will be picked up the next business day.
