UNISON reps meet regularly with UoB management to discuss and negotiate issues relevant to the working conditions of staff at the University.
There are two main forums: the UWJCC (UNISON & UCU reps together meeting with management) and the JNC (each union meets separately with management to progress issues relating to the group of staff they represent - in our case, support staff). We also have representation on University Equality and Health & Safety committees.
In this section we will aim to give information on a number of key issues.
