Print shop online

The Print Shop Online is our web based job submission system allowing you to fill out job specific tickets, upload artwork and receive costings from any location.

You will need to register to use the system. Once you have registered please call the Print Shop on 01582 521421 so we can place you in the correct department. This is required as any job over a value of £25.00 will need signing off by the department's approved authorisers before we can complete the job. To register and/or submit a job go to printshop.beds.ac.uk

We have a comprehensive list of print tickets covering standard copying, large format posters, A5 flyers, booklets etc. which are tailored to the specific job you are submitting. This means that you only see the options appropriate to your job, reducing the risk of errors.

If you need a bespoke template this can be designed by one of the University's contract designers
