Thank you for your continued support with the Staff Survey and for helping us achieve such a fantastic response rate of 75%.
Having now shared the results with all colleagues at our Staff Engagement Forum, 6 July, we are moving into the next stage of the process: local action planning.
Between 6 July and 31 October, we asked EG leads and ULF members in each faculty and directorate to work with colleagues to review the survey results and identify a small number (between 1 to 3) realistic local priorities that will help improve the staff experience. You are invited to participate in these discussions if you would like to.
At the same time, the Executive Group will continue to develop a small number of University-wide priorities based on the themes you've told us matter most.
During the Staff Engagement Forum, we discussed three emerging University priorities. If you’d like to comment further on these priorities, you can do so through this short Microsoft Form. You can tell us whether you think we've identified the right priorities, or whether there is anything we've missed.
Share your feedback on the proposed priorities on the University-level Action Planning form
We will keep this survey open until Friday 4 September.
We know that one of the messages from the survey was that colleagues want to see visible action following their feedback. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout this process and will continue to share the progress being made, both locally and across the University. Not only will we be communicating ongoing actions and progress through our Internal Communications newsletters, but all university, faculty and directorate level agreed actions and progress will be visible and accessible to all through these Staff Engagement intranet pages.
