June 2026: Our Transformation Programme continues to progress, and we want to ensure staff have the opportunity to stay informed and involved. During this session, project leads provided updates on progress so far, outlined next steps, and answered colleagues' questions.

November 2025: In this session, we shared information about the restructure consultation process, timeline and voluntary redundancy scheme, and invited questions and feedback from colleagues.
