Wanted: Borrow a farm jack

I am looking to borrow (or hire) a farm jack to help me lift a small tree stump from my back garden.

I've done some DIY landscaping last weekend and have found a particular shrub stump very difficult to dig out. It is very near my fence and cutting it out is very problematic. I'm hoping someone might have a farm jack I can use to pull it out.
